Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality, professional mediation service. If something has fallen short of your expectations, we want to hear from you.

In the first instance, please contact us by email at NDfamilymediation@gmail.com or by telephone on 0191 323 5189 so that we can try to resolve matters directly.

If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, it may be referred to the College of Mediators / Family Mediation Council (FMC), whose complaints process governs our practice.
